Indicaţii terapeutice

  • Tratamentul și profilaxia ulcerului gastric și duodenal;
  • Gastropatia, provocată de administrarea preparatelor antiinflamatorii nesteroidiene (AINS), pirozis (cauzat de hiperclorhidrie), hipersecreția sucului gastric, ulcerele simptomatice, peptice, de stres ale tractului gastrointestinal;
  • Esofagita erozivă, esofagita de reflux, sindromul Zollinger-Ellison, mastocitoza sistemică, adenomatoza oliendocrină;
  • Dispepsia caracterizată prin dureri epigastrice sau retrosternale, legate de ingestia alimentelor sau care perturbă somnul, nefiind cauzate de stările enumerate mai sus;
