Терапевтические показания

Лечение и профилактика язвенной болезни желудка и 12-перстной кишки;
Гастропатия, вызванная применением нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов (НПВП), изжога (связанная с гиперхлоргидрией), гиперсекреция желудочного сока, симптоматические, пептические, стрессовые язвы ЖКТ;
Эрозивный эзофагит, рефлюкс-эзофагит, синдром Золлингера-Эллисона, системный мастоцитоз, полиэндокринный аденоматоз;
Диспепсия, Характеризующаяся эпигастральными или загрудинными болями, связанными с приемом пищи или нарушающими сон, но не обусловленными вышеперечисленными состояниями;
