Терапевтические показания

препарат для лечения заболеваний связанных с гиперсекрецией и повышенной кислотностью желудка.
Обострение язвы желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки, профилактика рецидивов.
Лечение и профилактика симптоматических язв желудка и 12-перстной кишки (НПВП-гастропатия, стрессовые, послеоперационные язвы).
Хронический панкреатит в период обострения.
Функциональная диспепсия, ассоциированная с гиперсекрецией желудочного сока.
Рефлюкс-эзофагит, эрозивный эзофагит.
Профилактика кровотечений желудочно-кишечного тракта (из верхних отделов).
Синдром Золлингера-Эллисона.
Предупреждение аспирации желудочного сока при общей анестезии (синдром Мендельсона).
